Recently Found in Monkstown

This black cat has been found in Monkstown.

He is quite small and skinny but the vet informed us it is a male cat and he is neutered.

He seems frightened of sudden noises and movements but doesn’t mind being petted.

We think this cat was lost or abandoned. If anybody has any information about this
