Special Appeal for Shadow!

Shadow is a 7 year old female cat who needs a new home.

The arrival of a baby in her family is causing her stress and

after a year her owners have reluctantly decided to rehome her.

They haven’t made this decision lightly – it’s not a case of ‘new

baby – get rid of cat’; they are putting the cat’s welfare first.

Shadow loves to play and run around chasing her toys; loves string.

She is spayed and never had kittens. She is independent; a bit shy

around new people but when she gets to know you she is all over you

and loves to head butt.   Shadow needs a quiet, adult-only home

with outdoor access (being in a apartment contributed to her stress),

with an experienced cat person, who will allow her time to

relax and overcome her stress.  Her owners are very anxious to

find the right home for Shadow. A home check will apply.
