If you would like to get in touch with Cats Aid please phone us on either of our  two numbers depending on what the nature of your call is.

For all other general enquiries including – TNR, information on injured strays or cat surrendering please call 018435286 

Our Helplines only operate Monday to Friday 9-6pm only. They provide a voice mail facility only, so please leave a message. These are not manned but are checked several times daily. All enquiries about adopting a cat or requests for cats to be taken in/TNR should be directed to either of the Helplines as outlined above, our volunteers will pick them up directly and respond. We cannot return your call without a phone number so when phoning please repeat your phone number clearly; your location is also required.

We are all part-time volunteers and at busy times immediate responses may not be possible. Please be patient.
